it was worth its 2 stars. we enjoyed hotel's staff and location. next to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. stopped by hon gai coffee & lounge to get some coffee and treats, it's around 4-6 minutes walk from the venue, recommend. when we came, the owner met us and was best. room was excellent value for money.
